But that is not it’s only good quality. So why don’t we just head into why it is important and beneficial in life.

Like I wrote on here before, you can not have one without the other. You can’t have a messed up stomach and expect a well functioning mind. And you can’t have a healthy gut and a confused cluttered brain. They are both connected that’s why it’s mind- body connection. And meditation helps you get inter – connected with both bringing you into a calming state. Now since we got that down let’s get to the practices benefits to health. Sometimes pain is just a mind thing. Earlier I gave the meaning of the Mind – body connection. When both are not connected it sends mixed signals to the immune system. You can be hurt, or feel sick not because you naturally are. But you have taught your brain that you are. Meditation allows the body to heal and feel real present feelings. Not allowing it to spread bad thoughts on what’s wrong. But positive outcomes.
