Natural light exposure helps regulate the circadian rhythm, promoting a healthy sleep – wake cycle. The tranquility of of nature also enhances relaxation, making it easier to fall asleep and achieve restorative rest. One of best ways to relief stress is to be outdoors. God intended us to be out in nature. It is something we all have been reviled to for years and years. Staying inside makes one angry and stuffed. So go outside and breath that fresh air you won’t be sorry for it.

Meditation gives your mind time to slow down. To provide it to gather thoughts in a proper way. Our mind is so cluttered at times that we don’t let them sink in. Reflect on what is important to you, and not on the worries of the next day. Meditation is a good way to be present.

Sharing and experiences helps reliefs stress, gain perspective, and reduce feelings of isolation. Friends can offer advice, encouragement, and empathy, fostering a supportive environment that eases stress and promotes well – being. This helps you to get out what is causing the toxic mess in your mind. Some people who do not have friends. It could be talking with a therapist, family member, or even God. 9. Praying

Praying is the last technique I have for how to manage stress. Praying can alleviate stress by fostering a sense of peace, comfort, and connection to something greater. It provides emotional support, reduces feelings of loneliness or helplessness, and promotes resilience. Prayers can offer solace, guidance, and renewed perspective, helping individuals cope with stress and find inner peace. Just as 1 peter 5 : 7 says we should all but our faith and anxiety on God. In moments when feelings are to big to bear. We should always depend on a higher source and form to get us out of stressful positions. Sometimes in life problems are too big for a human to handle.
